The Aurinkomatkat application acts as a travel companion in all phases of your vacation! Download the application as soon as your vacation is booked and you will have access to the following services:

• Destination information and vacation tips
• maps of your vacation destination that work even without an internet connection
• chat service, which opens for your use 3 weeks before the start of your holiday
• holiday calendar and weather
• flight information and booked services at the destination
• booking excursions and activities, also during your vacation*
• payment of the reservation
• pre-planned city tours**

The Aurinkomatkat application is used in almost all of our destinations.***

To use the application, you must have a valid travel reservation to a destination where the application is in operation. To check in, you need the confirmation number of your trip and the email address you provided for the reservation. The login must be confirmed with the login link sent to the e-mail. The person booking the trip can invite other members of the travel party to be users of the application in the application or in Omaloma.

Using the application is free of charge. Some of the content requires a network connection, and if you want to avoid data transfer fees, we recommend using wifi at the destination.

***Aurinkomatkat application is not available for trips tailored to the customer's wishes, for example if the departure point or time is different for the passengers, the reservation has connecting flights in one direction, or the reservation has several trip lengths. We cannot guarantee the functionality of the application if passengers have been added to the travel booking afterwards. The app is also not available for group bookings, reseller bookings or bookings with flights only. The application is not available for all self-service City Holidays.
