The mobile client for METRO Service Desk maintenance was created for the internal purposes of MAKRO Cash & Carry ČR s.r.o. / METRO Cash & Carry Slovakia s.r.o.
The METRO Service Desk maintenance application is a clear and efficient tool designed for recording, processing and evaluating incidents. Allows you to manage the life cycle of an incident from its inception to closure.
Main function:
- Creating new incidents, editing existing incidents, changing the status of an incident
- Attaching photos to incidents
- Automatic sending of notifications of incident changes
- Monitoring the progress of incident resolution
