UHU OLOR Project
During the last years, a series of events of odors have impacted the urban areas around the Ría de Huelva. Several studies carried out both by the regional administration and industry, have not determined exactly the origin of them.

UHUaerosol makes an app available to the public in order to:

1) Make an inventory of odor events. The data is provided anonymously through a simple questionnaire that can be done in less than a minute. It includes the following parameters:

- Date and time of impact: established when opening the application
- Type of smell: selection of smells from floral-fruity, medicinal, fishery, gasoline, oil, paint. sulfur, vinegar, chlorine, mercaptan (gas), ammonia, hydrogen sulphide, plastic, others.
- Intensity: from 1 to 10, subjective reference
- Location (georeferenced and image).
- Photo (optional)
- Other field data.

2) Establishment of origin through high resolution atmospheric dispersion models (Ría de Huelva environment), and low resolution (rest of Andalusia). This point is made in collaboration with Meteosim.

The application also serves to know the origin of particles in resuspension (quarry, mine, public works, demolition, etc).
