Description

Collaborative Community is a new tool that facilitates the early detection of incidents, safety and emergencies and the consequent response by the surveillance service or service manager. This makes it possible to improve daily work, articulating management in an innovative way, as well as channeling and digitizing information about the service in an orderly manner. It is designed to adapt to all types of scenarios (shopping centre, large industrial complex, office buildings, transport networks, exhibition centres, urbanisations, hospitals, universities, industrial estates, town halls...) due to its customization possibilities.

The Collaborative Community app allows the community of users of a facility or complex to preventively generate information about incidents such as vandalism, accidents, breakdowns, emergency situations, etc. It has multiple functionalities, including a chat and the possibility of sending multimedia material by users (photos and videos with GPS location). Confidentiality is guaranteed thanks to its encrypted communications, backups and password policy, among other aspects.
