Description
English parametric statistical-HTS-speech synthesizer based on hidden Markov models (see also https://www.eki.ee/heli/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=6&Itemid=465#HTS).

Applied Economic Research, a speech synthesizer allows you to:
