IESS App, an information and services application offered by the IESS.
The Ecuadorian Social Security Institute, IESS, expands its citizen service channels, for which it developed a mobile application. This is the IESS App, a digital tool that allows users to access the different services offered by the institution.
To access this electronic channel, users must be previously authenticated. It is available to the general public, to know information of interest about the institution, in an agile and efficient way.
The new electronic channel uses the technology of mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), with internet connection.
At present, the IESS has several service channels for affiliates, pensioners and beneficiaries to access their different services and benefits.
