At Family Zoo, we offer several types of group teaching and workshops in pregnancy, postpartum, babies & toddlers, which are run by competent and dedicated teachers.
Pregnancy training
At Family Zoo, we offer several types of pregnancy training for pregnant women. Every day Pilates, Yoga and Gravid in fitness training are taught. In all classes, the training is adapted to you and your needs, regardless of whether you are in the 1st or 3rd trimester. You take care of your mind, your body and your unborn child with strengthening and nourishing pregnancy training.
Postpartum training
Stay strong after giving birth. At Family Zoo, we offer several types of postpartum training for mothers. Every day Pilates, Yoga, 'Mom in shape training' are taught indoors and outdoors. In addition, we offer a specialized postpartum team with physiotherapists who take care of the 'Pelvic floor, core & divided abdominal muscles' teams as well as the 'Ready for caesarean section' team.
Baby care
At Family Zoo, we offer two types of baby care
Tumbling as well as Rhythm & Sensory Motors for babies aged 3-8 months. and 8-12 months The teams are taught by skilled and committed teachers, who all have backgrounds as occupational therapists, motor skills advisors, educators and more. In addition, we offer the teams
'Tumble with Dad' & 'Rhythm & Play with Dad'.
Lectures & courses
First aid course for Babies & Children
Come along to the First Aid Course for Babies & Children when we gather on Wednesdays in our hall with Små LIV. The course covers the most important first aid for infants and young children. Dress like a parent in case something happens to the little child.
Lecture on Babies' Sleep
Happiness is a sleeping baby. But how do you best ensure that the little one can bubble out there without disturbance? Join us for a lecture on babies' sleep, when health nurse and sleep specialist Sine Bihlet Ditlev (Søvnplejersken) provides concrete tools for how to deal with problems surrounding your child's sleep.
Baby massage & reflexology course
For the baby massage & reflexology course, you will be calmly guided through the most loving baby massage strokes that increase the important attachment to your baby. In addition, you will learn the best reflexology points so that you can help your baby yourself with a cold, stomach ache and for better sleep.
