Kanjiji

Description

This app is primarily a widget tool which will display 5 semi-random kanji on a rotating basis on the home screen.

The details of the character can be reviewed by clicking on them. It can also be manually refreshed with a new set of 5 with the button right above the Kanji widget. If you choose one of the 5 familiarity levels in the definition screen it will thenceforth automatically show you the familiar ones less frequently, and the unfamiliar ones more frequently.

Additionally opening the app from the App Drawer will allow you to select the rotation interval, which kanji sets are in the rotation, or review all the kanji in the rotation in a single gallery.
