Description

EmoTrack is a smartphone app that was developed at the Psychological Institute of Heidelberg University on the basis of current findings from emotion regulation research. Scientific studies show that dealing with emotions plays a central role in mental and physical health and has been proven to be important for increasing well-being and reducing psychological stress. Previous methods have the disadvantage that they only capture everyday feelings in retrospect and often not differentiated enough. EmoTrack makes it possible to get a very precise picture of how people deal with their feelings.
