Description
Information about the app and the goal of the app:
If you have high blood pressure, the breathing exercises in this app can help significantly lower your blood pressure. You can lower your blood pressure to such an extent that it can reach normal values without additional medication. It is important to know that the normal blood pressure values depend on gender and age. Please find out what value is normal for you. The exercises guided in this app can also help you get your blood pressure into a normal range along with the help of medication.
It is also important that you do these exercises regularly (daily). Take time for yourself, for your body. Approximately 20 minutes a day isn't much if you can get a normal blood pressure for it. Always measure your blood pressure after exercise to check what influence the exercise has on your blood pressure.
The exercise can help after just one session; there is no specific number or duration required for the application of the exercise.
Support your body with a fresh, healthy, plant-based, low-salt diet if possible, without processed products and drink enough water (1.5 to 2L per day).
Ideally, you support your body with regular exercise outside in the fresh air. However, our experience has shown that blood pressure can be reduced even without this additional support.
Information about the training exercise
Generally speaking, this exercise serves as training for “main exercise”. It's about training yourself and your body to hold your breath for 4 cycles of 60 to 90 seconds. It may be that it is enough for you and your body if you only do the training exercise. However, it may also be that it is better to do the main exercise.
Information about the main exercise
In this exercise, you can make the following adjustments yourself: the number of rounds, the speed of inhalation and exhalation, and the length of breath retention. You can set the times in a way that best suits you and your body. This requires a bit of practice and experience. Over time, you will notice what works best for you and how you can lower your blood pressure.
