You can use this app after setup your account in SMAC Meeting Room app.

SMAC Meeting Room: Client App is highly flexible, offering different views. You can view your ongoing meeting scheduled by your administrator in SMAC Meeting Room app. SMAC Meeting Room: Client App also offers many features to meet the different needs of different organizations.

- You can see all the meeting rooms on one screen directly, and choose and book an available room suitable for your needs quickly and easily.
- Plan your meeting directly on the device screen and book your room in advance.
- Invite attendees while scheduling a meeting
- Attendees can get meeting updates through Email notification.
