Description

The app for WPS customers for mobile control of workshop utilization.

The data is clearly, compressed and permanently available on mobile devices. A time window of 12 weeks is mapped (weeks in the past, current week and weeks in the future).

Managers and decision-makers in car dealerships receive the most important information from workshop planning at any time, regardless of the WPS application.

The following is calculated and displayed for the entire company and for individual locations:

Available and planned capacities, average workload per mechanic and service advisor, number of appointments, number of wheel change appointments, “customer is waiting” etc. The system also shows capacity data and planning of individual work groups in the locations.

Customers who use OTA (online appointment processing) from HRF are shown the online appointments made by the customers via the Internet for each location and over time periods.

Customers who use HRF's ZTP (Central Scheduling) can use an integrated button in the MIS app to directly access the customer and vehicle master as well as the scheduling with capacities and service advisors and book appointments directly in the WPS (the ZTP function is only possible on tablets).

Color gradations ensure that every decision-maker can immediately see where everything is in the green and where it is “stuck”.
