With My HEALTH you get access to your electronic patient record (ePA) and practical additional functions.

Overview:

- Important health data can always be accessed digitally
- Easy login with your health ID or lock code
- Upload medications and keep track of intake
- Reminder function for your medications
- Information about your personal precautionary recommendations
- Checking your vaccination protection including recommendations from the Standing Vaccination Commission (STIKO)
- View doctor's visits and keep an overview
- View your billing data from KNAPPSCHAFT
- Manage digital vaccination certificate and dental bonus booklet
- Reliable information for your health via the federal health portal

Requirements:

- You are insured with KNAPPSCHAFT
- You have a valid electronic health card and the corresponding PIN
- Alternatively: You have an ID card and the corresponding PIN
- System requirements (iOS 13.0 or newer)
- No system changes (jailbreak)

Registration:

You register with your health ID or lock code. If you have already created a health ID, for example for the Meine KNAPPSCHAFT app, you can register your device immediately. Further information at www.knappschaft.de/id-info.
