With four functions, you can search according to your needs: When is black salsify actually in season? And what do I cook with it? The app will tell you. Or do you still have leftover kohlrabi at home and are you looking for a recipe idea? Then simply go to the ingredient search and find delicious kohlrabi recipes under Kohlrabi. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a dish to match the season, the seasonal search will help. This only provides you with recipes with fruit, vegetables and herbs that are harvested in the selected time in this country. No network connection is required to use the app, all recipes are integrated offline.

The glass restaurant is a project of the Evangelical Church Congress and every two years serves visitors to the Church Congress seasonal menus with products from organic farming in the region and, where necessary, fairly traded. The glass restaurant and this app were funded by the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection based on a resolution of the German Bundestag as part of the Federal Organic Farming Program (BÖL).
