WHAT DOES I-GB DO?
Since 2011, we, the Initiative - Healthy Company (i-gb), have been offering a diverse and low-threshold offer of active company health promotion/company fitness. In addition to a wide selection of health-promoting activities for which you can be rewarded, there are countless health providers in the areas of exercise, relaxation and nutrition (nationwide) available. With our individually designed and flexible health offering, we support companies in creating a sustainably healthy and appreciative working environment.

ABOUT THIS APP:
After you have registered (through your employer), you can log into the i-gb app with your personal access data and use all health offers. Below you will find some examples of how you can use the i-gb app easily and flexibly:

o Submit individual endurance activities and various fitness workouts and get rewarded:
• Running/jogging
• (Nordic) walking
• Hike
• Ride a bike
• Inline skating
• Cross trainer
• Rowing
• HIIT
• etc. m.

o Use health providers at a discount or even free of charge or be rewarded for your visits there:
• Gyms
• Physiotherapy
• Swimming pools
• Thermal baths & saunas
• Massages
• Climbing/bouldering halls
• Yoga/Pilates studios
• Nutritional advice
• etc. m.

o Other attractive offers/promotions in the app:
• Varied nutrition/relaxation/exercise quizzes including prize draw
• Diverse recipes with healthy, seasonal ingredients
• Various training videos and relaxation tips
• etc. m.

After logging in with your personal access data, the app can also be used on the PC via www.i-gb.de.
