Description

For some services and product openings at HypoVereinsbank, you need successful identification. With the HVB Ident app, you can identify yourself quickly, easily and conveniently.

To do this, you need a valid identification document, a mobile device, a stable internet connection and, if necessary, access to your e-mails or SMS.

You can carry out the legitimation process with a German ID card with online ID function quickly and independently of the availability of a video call center.
To do this, you need an NFC-enabled smartphone that serves as a card reader.
This means that the data on the corresponding ID document is transmitted securely and encrypted.
If the online ID function cannot be used, you will be forwarded directly to the VideoIdent within the app. The identification process then takes place through a video chat with a certified employee of our service provider identity Trust Management AG.
The identification procedures used have been checked and meet the strictest requirements for security and data protection.
