By scanning the unique QR code, you activate all the benefits – it combines access to exclusive app offers, the digital receipt, and the ability to unlock the Scan & Go handheld scanner. No more clicking – simply scan the My HIT QR code and shop.
Best of all: With My HIT, all HIT app prices are automatically activated. Simply scan the unique QR code at the checkout and automatically benefit from all HIT app prices without having to activate them again.

Digital receipt – sustainable, clear, practical
A special highlight of your My HIT account is the digital receipt. After every purchase, you receive your receipt directly in the app – neatly archived, accessible at any time (for five years), and completely paperless. This not only saves valuable resources but also gives you a perfect overview of your purchases.

Especially if you have questions about an item or want to make an exchange, the digital receipt is a real advantage: no more searching through bags or drawers; you can find it again with just a few taps. You can also view your receipt history and always stay in control of your purchases.

Already have a My HIT customer account? Then you don't need to register again; you can get started right away. Simply scan your purchase with your phone or activate a handheld scanner at the terminal using the unique My HIT QR code and shop without having to put everything back on the checkout belt. You can also easily view your past Scan&Go purchases in the app.
