FASTEC 4 PRO Mobile Client

FASTEC 4 PRO Mobile Client provides an insight into the current production whenever and wherever required – simply by using a smartphone or tablet. In case of interruptions, push notifications within the app will directly inform the users in charge to allow prompt reaction and immediate elimination of down times.

The basis for this add-on module is the MES solution FASTEC 4 PRO. Consequently, the real time data that is being monitored in the app on smartphone and tablet takes its information from FASTEC 4 PRO. This way, current data about status, status duration, running order and produced or processed piece counts, e.g. total amounts and reject or good parts, can be called up.

Push notifications:
In the event of down times, the user will be informed via push notification by the app. Source, time as well as the reason for downtime will be transmitted with optional free text information. Thus, machine operator or production manager will be informed and will be able to intervene at an early stage, even if they are not in the vicinity of the machine.

Acknowledgement and logging of alarm messages:
In order to track whether and when an alarm message was sent to the responsible user and to draw a conclusion about the downtime reason, FASTEC 4 PRO generates a log file. Furthermore, the user has to acknowledge the receipt of the alarm message right after receiving it. Once the problem has been solved, the alarm message can be closed. In case the user does not respond to the alarm message within a certain period of time, further users will be informed through the escalation management integrated in FASTEC 4 PRO in order to rectify the reason that caused the alarm as soon as possible.
