With the Meine energie-BKK app, you can handle your needs easily, securely, and on the go. Whether submitting invoices and certificates, reporting a move, or ordering a new health card – everything works quickly, paperlessly, and barrier-free – anytime, anywhere.

Secure and convenient:
The app is your personal key for secure login to the online service – with two-factor authentication and modern encryption methods. After registration, you can easily log in using fingerprint or facial recognition.

Who can use the app?

• All insured persons aged 16 and over with a health card and a current smartphone (Android 9 or higher).
Additionally:

• The smartphone must be protected by a screen lock (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition).

• Chrome must be set as the default browser.

• The device must not be rooted.

• Custom ROMs must not be installed.

Note: We deliberately chose the age restriction of 16 and over because setting up the online service requires identity verification via an ID card. Our younger insured persons can, of course, use the online service through their parents.

How to set up your new online service app:

To use the online service, you must register once. Download your new app and complete the registration process.

If you already use the "My energie-BKK ePA" app, simply log in with your existing user credentials. If you're creating a user account for the first time, follow our step-by-step instructions:
