Important information: Our app is being discontinued.
This app will no longer be available from December 31, 2024. We therefore ask you to cancel your subscription to the Deutschlandticket by December 10th, 2024, otherwise we will cancel your subscription on December 31st, 2024. We would like to thank you for your loyalty and the trust you have placed in us and our app.
The Germany ticket from a single source in one app.
This is how it works:
Download the Erfurter Bahn (EB) Deutschland Ticket app from the AppStore. Register with your email address and a password, fill out your contact information before your first purchase and choose your appropriate ticket.
Pay quickly and easily and get going. Have fun!
Please do not forget:
Make sure you have purchased and activated your ticket before traveling. And make sure your smartphone is working and charged.

- Convenient cashless payment
Before you can buy tickets for the first time, please register under the “Profile” tab. Here click on “Register” and enter your first and last name as well as your email address. You will then receive an email from us asking you to confirm your account and enter a password (8 characters, upper and lower case letters as well as numbers or special characters).
Once you have registered, you can use all functions of our app without restrictions. Before purchasing a ticket, you must complete your profile. Select your desired ticket in the “Tickets” tab and click “Buy”. You will then be securely redirected to our payment service provider to complete the purchase. Your preferred payment method will be saved automatically and you will not need to enter your details again the next time you make a purchase. After successful purchase, you will find your purchased ticket in the “My Tickets” area. Here you can also see how long your ticket is still valid.
