From September 1st, 2024: Read-only mode in Degussa Bank InternetBanking and the Degussa Bank Banking+Brokerage app

With the migration to OLB on August 30, 2024, the operation of Degussa Bank Internet Banking & Brokerage will end in its usual form. The account is then managed in OLB’s online banking.

From September 1st, 2024 to November 30th, 2024, Degussa Bank's Internet banking and the Degussa Bank Banking+Brokerage app will continue in "read-only mode" and will then be switched off. Historical information about your sales and account documents will be available to you until the end of November (frozen as of August 31, 2024). You can find these via the corresponding menu items.

Read-only mode is for research purposes only. During this period you can still view and download information such as sales, postbox documents and templates. Transactions (e.g. payment orders) are no longer possible in Internet banking or the Degussa Bank app. Please use the OLB Banking app or OLB online banking.

To access transactions and documents that are older than 3 months, authentication with a TAN is still required.
Have you not activated your OLB online banking access yet?
Your Degussa Bank accounts will continue to be managed in OLB’s online banking. So that you continue to have online access to your accounts, please activate your OLB online banking access in the logged in area under Service  Switch to OLB, if you have not already done so.
