Description

With the official app of the MS DOCKVILLE Festival you are always well informed! In addition to obligatory act information, the indispensable timetable and an interactive overview map, it offers the opportunity to put together a personal schedule that can notify you in good time when your favorite bands are playing.

During the festival you are always up to date with live updates.

PERMISSIONS

The MS Dockville App requests the following permissions at installation time. These are only required if the corresponding functionality is used.

-> Identity: We need to be able to "identify" each device so that we can provide you with live updates and push notifications.

-> Photos/Media/Files: We need access so that we can cache data and thus the app works offline and does not have to connect to the internet again. This saves battery life and data volume, which you may not have enough of at the festival. We do not read anything (nor can we) that is not directly needed for using the Dockville app.

-> Location: Use of Google Maps, determining the location for the tent finder. This data is >only< used when the function is needed (within the map).

-> Access to networks and retrieval of network connections: We use silent push notifications to send targeted updates to the timetable/acts so that the cell phone does not have to constantly "check" whether something has changed.
If you don't have internet or the connection is disrupted, we can use these permissions to prevent a crash.
