* The app only works with selected providers and not universally e.g. not necessarily with my own admissions office
* Tickets can only be drawn during the opening hours of a provider and possibly only if I am in a certain area (and the app is allowed to determine my location)
* Appointments can only be booked for certain time slots, provided the provider allows this, and not on any days at any times.
