At Investown, investing in real estate is as simple and straightforward as depositing money into a savings account. You download the app, verify your identity, and then you can invest the first 500 CZK in the project you like the most. At Investown, you invest your money in loans secured by real estate with yields of up to 10.5% p. a. You pay no fees with us, and we send you regular returns every month so that you can reinvest the money you earn. And to make investing even easier, we have introduced the Autoinvest function, which will save you time and make more money. With us, money simply never costs money.

It couldn't be easier. In the application, you can clearly see the individual projects in which you can currently invest. You choose a project, choose an amount and that's it. You can invest from as little as 500 CZK and you don't pay any fees.
Autoinvest - saves time, invests automatically
We thought about how to simplify investing as much as possible. And so the Autoinvest function was created, which will save you a lot of time and earn you more money. You select the parameters in the application, turn on Autoinvest and as soon as a suitable project appears, the application invests for you according to the selected parameters. You don't have to check new projects every day or figure out where to put newly credited revenues. Autoinvest will do it automatically for you.
