Description
The Smart Patients Mobile Application is a fully functional training environment that provides access to all project's outputs, online Modules and Courses.
It is an alternative means of accessing online all project’s materials and courses for potential users who are interesting to be involved in managing their own healthcare needs.
The aim of the App is to facilitate flexible access to a wide range of materials focus on empowering citizens to develop self-confidence and competences in promoting health and actively participate in their healthcare system.
The main objectives are summarised under the project motto: Prevent-Empower-Participate.
