Intercostal Catheter (ICC) AR Demonstration is part of a suite of augmented reality apps developed by the Clinical Skills Development Service, who are doing things differently to reshape the future of health care.
Watch a guided animation the insertion of the intercostal catheter with an augmented view of a patient. Expand the view to match placement from a range of angles, switching on and off visible layers of the anatomy as you go. And then perform the insertion on the part task trainer using real world surgical instruments, with the app to guide you through the steps and perfect your technique.
