Pale Blue Dot Community, a program of Rochester Lifestyle Medicine Institute, is an ad-free community dedicated to promoting human and planetary health.

We foster meaningful connections, authentic conversations and positive emotions through kindness and mutual respect.

•Attend our free Lifestyle as Medicine and Lifestyle as Medicine for the Planet lectures with leading experts
•Sign up for individual and group health coaching sessions

For Medical Professionals:


•Attend monthly Lifestyle Medicine Grand Rounds case presentations with free CME credits
•Earn CME while learning to run shared medical appointments by participating in Zoom-based programs along with a cohort of patients (self-paced courses also available)
