Zlatibor is a mountain and nature park in Serbia, which covers an area of about 1000 km, is 55 km long and up to 20 km wide. It is a well-known summer resort and winter resort, as well as a climatic health resort. The highest peak is Tornik (1,496 m). On the hill Cigli near the village of Jablanica, the border of Serbia with two empires - Austro-Hungarian and Turkish - is still recognizable today. Zlatibor is located halfway from Belgrade to the Montenegrin and Dubrovnik coasts. Besides the surrounding villages that surround Zlatibor, the nearest larger city is Uzice.
