Description

Manage restrooms on the Zippee App

Dashboard shows the analytics for all the restrooms on your account. It shows you the total earning for the current month, the total amount of restrooms you currently have on the Zippee platform, the number of managers you have submitted to your Zippee account, and the total number of bookings in the current month. If you scroll down, there is a list mode listed: earnings, Recent bookings, & managers list.

Lower Task Bar:

Managers:
Just tab on managers icon to go to the list of managers. Here you will see all your managers listed. If this is your first time, click on the + in the lower Right to set up a new manager. The manager could be yourself, or anybody you give access to manage the restrooms access code, see the request-for-service notifications, and the ability to Red-Flag users .Just fill out their information: First & Last name, Phone number, Managers ID type, and MIN (Managers Identity Number) Note: if you don't have one, just start with 001 and this will be another way to track managers. Under the Account info tab, enter the managers email and a password they will be using, this will be the login info on their end. Remember to hit the Save under the Account info tab.

Note: You will need to upload a photo of the manager or an image of something. This helps the partner see the different managers in a list of images.

Restrooms

This is a list of all the restrooms on this account. You can just tap on any from the list and see the restrooms info: Address, Pic, Star rating, Access Price, About section, Manager you selected to manage this restroom, and the current access code. You can edit any of this info through the edit tab on the upper right corner. You can change the access code anytime by clicking the Change tab at the access Code section. Then just change the access code and hit the save, the code should update in the system right away.
There is an inactive tab in the top right corner that will remove the restroom from the system. This is when you need to temporarily close down the restroom for any reason.
There is also an octagon sign in the top right showing any Reported issues left by users. Please resolve the issues so that the restroom is ready for the next users.

Red Flag Feature:

If the manager finds there was vandalism in the restroom, they have the ability to Red-Flag the users. Unfortunately, because the manager will see the vandalism after the said user already left, the Red-Flag feature just flags the previous 5 users, or the last users in the last two hours, whichever list is shorter. Then if a user gets 3 red flags on their account, their account will be put on hold until they watch a one hour video on restroom edicate. Nobody will see who has a red flag on their account.
History Tab:

This is where you can view the bookings history.

More Tab:

Profile: Change or lookup your account info.
Reports: Look up reports about Transactions, Business and ernsings, and booking reports.
