GoodMeat was developed to make you aware of how much meat you consume and to help you to adapt the amount of your consumption.
Too much of anything is never healthy and you may not be aware of how much meat you actually consume.
By tracking your consumption you may realize that you are eating too much meat.
Set yourself a goal of meat consumption. Reward yourself by adding a "Plant" or "Broccoli" now and then.
