We adapt to the organizational model of your company. We have created two main roles; so you can manage your orders or have your vet do it.
As a customer you will always have control of all your activity. You will authorize the orders made by your veterinarian and you will also give him access to the results of the reports.
As a veterinarian you will be able to manage the orders and reports of more than one company, having in a single profile all the farms you work with.

With each new order, your samples will be associated with a unique code that ensures their traceability. From the moment of shipment to the final result.

CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR RESULTS
Thanks to this app you can keep track of all your orders, with updated information on their status, depending on whether they are Pending, In progress or Delivered.

THE INFORMATION DIRECTLY ON YOUR DEVICE
Now you can also view the reports from the app.
You will have the option to see the provisional results of each sample in your joint orders, as they are finalized.

TOTAL CONTROL OF ALL ACTIVITY
The Zenit app is designed to offer you all the updated information in a very agile way.
The notification system will send you 4 different types of notices according to your role.
• Order approval (customer): we will inform you that an order has been placed and that your approval is required to continue.
• Reception of samples in the laboratory (client and veterinarian): we will inform you that we have correctly received your samples and that they will be processed.
• Report available (client): we will inform you that your report is available and you can decide if you want to share it.
• Report available (veterinarian): we will inform you that you have a report available.
