Description
1-Shot Ballistics has been updated to provide support for 5 drag models: G1, G5, G6, G7, and G6. The computation engine has been changed to a Point Mass Solver, which utilizes the drag function models developed by Ballistics Research Laboratories.
Corrections are available for the Environment (temperature, pressure, altitude, and humidity), Spin Drift, Sight Cant, and the Coriolis Effect.
This app comes pre-loaded with several guns, cartridges, scopes and bullets to allow you to explore its capabilities. It also contains cartridge and bullet libraries which you can import to use in configuring your own weapons, or comparing them to one another to assess their relative merits.
Trajectory reports can be saved as pdf for printing or csv files for import to your own spreadsheet.
A set of shooting utilities provide the following capabilities: Estimation of ballistic coefficient from velocity or bullet dimensions, Conversion of ballistic coefficients from one drag model to another, Compute bullet stability, Estimate wind and range using several different techniques, and Compute recoil.
