Max Reps Calculator (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12): This feature aids in estimating the maximum number of repetitions you can perform at various intensities.

Weight Plate Calculator for competition use: Assuming 2.5KG collars and a 20KG bar and utilizing 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25, 0.5 and 0.25 KG plates.

RPE One Rep Max Calculator: Calculate your one-repetition maximum based on your Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE).
