Beef Grind Log was developed to meet the requirements of businesses that need to comply with the USDA - Food Safety and Inspection Service - Records requirements for retailers to keep a production log.
Grinding Log uses the camera of your Android device to extract required data from barcodes on the boxes of beef products used in retail production of ground beef. Frame the target barcode and the app will capture the data. Additionally, it allows the user to record, Contents, Establishment number and the time of Cleaning for ground beef production equipment.
The app uses cloud storage to securely save your data. You can export data and email ground beef production logs directly from the app or from your online account at yemdata.com, where you will find your monthly reports.
