Interest amount: 0.06% * 30 * 6 * 20,000 = 2,160 Egyptian pounds.
The transaction fee is 20,000 * 3% = 600 EGP
Loan amount: 600-20,000 = 19,400 Egyptian pounds
Total amount due: 2,160 + 20,000 = 22,160 EGP
Annual Percentage Rate: (2160 + 600) * 2/20000 = 27.6%
Monthly installment: 3545.84 Egyptian pounds
