Candidates may be contacted by companies, through our map that shows those closest applicants according to their geolocation. The companies will be able to visualize the previous experiences of the candidates through the evaluation system and the video curriculum. Employees will be able to access the valuations of the companies at the time of agreeing to be contacted by them, in order to choose the best options.

How does it work? The app has two profiles:
Employee profile: Download the WorkOn app, load your preferences and your jobs, record your video curriculum and go ON. That way you will be visible on the map of postulated candidates so that companies can contact you when they need to fill a position with your experience.
