Description

To use this app, you need a Widefone user ID (account).

By installing the app on your Android device and logging in with your Widefone user ID, you can use the various functions and built-in services provided by Widefone, such as making and receiving external and internal calls, messaging, and shared contacts (phone book).

◆ Information

・To use this app, you need a Widefone user ID (UID = account).

・By logging in to this app, you are deemed to have agreed to our IP media communication service terms of use ( https://widefone.jp/terms_and_conditions/ ).

・When updating from an older version (1.2.x or earlier), it may take some time for icons to appear depending on the connection status.

・Permission settings are required the first time you install the app or when you reinstall it after deleting it. Tap "Widefone app permission settings" on the permission settings screen that appears after logging in to set the necessary permissions.

・[Important: For those using Widefone with AGEphone Cloud]

The original Widefone app uses a new connection method, so if you are currently using Widefone with AGEphone Cloud, you will need to log in to the Widefone administration screen with an ID with company administrator privileges and switch the "Connection method" for each extension number in "Extension settings" from "UDP" (for AGEphone Cloud) to "WSS".

When logging in, use the UID starting with "W" as the user ID and the user password (same as for the administration screen).
