Description

The White Candle Meditation is designed for those on the go who may not get time in their busy mornings or evenings to sit down and take time out to relax. This meditation APP idea came from a meditation that I did every morning for a period of time where I would simply light a white candle and stare into it for as long as I could and allow my mind to clear. Where you can, ensure that you will not be disturbed and have silence if possible to ensure you concentrate on the flame the entire time. You can access this on your device wherever you may be and at any time where you feel you need to take time out.
