How does balance rewards work?
Tie your rewards to completing your commitments. For example, give points to completing a commitment such as going to the gym, and then use those points on a reward such as watching TV
Keep track of your total point by left swiping and click on done. You will gain points by doing a commitment, and you will use up points by doing a reward.
Control your habits and rewards by assigned points weighted to your needs.
Keep your points above zero, and be honest about tracking and assigning the weight of a task by points. Let's try to reach 100 points!
