In the Wazzup mobile application, managers can use the Wazzup functions from their phone. Managers will not be tied to a computer, which will increase the speed and number of responses to clients.
The application eliminates the loss of incoming applications due to the human factor. We have no concept of "unread messages", there are only "unanswered messages". The notification of the incoming message will not disappear if you just click on the dialog. To remove the notification from the dialogue, the manager must either respond to the client, or click on the special button "Does not require an answer." If the manager did not respond to the client, this is his deliberate action.
Conversations with unanswered messages are always at the top of the list. This eliminates the possibility of forgetting about the dialogue.
The head of the sales department sees the dialogues of all managers and their notifications about unanswered messages. So he will be able to track how and at what speed managers respond to messages.
