Meditate on sounds generated by your body's biometrics.
In mindfulness meditation focused attention is anchored to an object of concentration– the breath, a mantra or sensations in the body. This app offers meditators a way to access the subtle rhythm of the body through sound– a reality derived object of focus that's easy to stay engaged with.
Biometric data from sensors on your Wear OS device is used to generate a soundscape.
• Choose from a variety of sounds and soundscapes, including binaural.
• Set a timer for your session with optional interval bells.
• Experiment with the mind control feature to subtly influence your bio-rhythm.
HBM is a standalone app for Wear OS, so doesn't require proximity to your phone to function.
