What is the Municipal Ombudsman?
It is a direct line of communication between the citizen and the City Hall, which aims to improve the quality of the services offered to the population.

How it works?
The Ombudsman receives the information of the citizens and directs them to the responsible bodies so that they can answer them and solve them.

When should the Ombudsman be called?
When the citizen has any questions, suggestions or complaints. When the City Council sought, for some reason, has not provided a response or solution to a particular request. And when the service requested by the citizen is not executed within the time stipulated by the responsible body.

To activate the Ombudsman's Office, does the citizen have to identify himself?
Yes, the Ombudsman does not process information without identification, but, when necessary, keeps the personal data confidential, as this is the only way to give an adequate return to the citizen.

What should the Ombudsman be informed?
Full name, CPF, e-mail, telephone and address. The complaint, suggestion or doubt in a clear way containing information about the place, fact and date of the occurrence.
