What is the price?
All information are available on our website and Facebook Page. Our fees include energy (fuel and electricity) two helmets, insurance, parking and assistance.

How to subscribe ?
With your driving license and your credit card, dowload the Hello Scoot’ app and follow the steps. You can register for free and access the service whenever you need it, in few seconds.

Where to park ?
You can park anywhere in the homezone of Papeete, you will find several parking spot on the app. Please respect local regulations for parking.

But where is the helmet ?
In the topcase ! When you unlock the moped, you will acess the topcase and get 2 helmets. Our mopeds are all made for 2 travelers.

Who can access ?
Any person of age can subscribe, you need a vali driving license and a valid credit card as Visa or Mastercard. For cars, you need to be between 25 and 70 and have 2 years of driving license.

Safety ?
All our mopeds and cars are insured and secured by a dedicated team. The onboard technology allow us to have a high precision on the follow up of the fleet. We also work with public services to make our road safer !
