Description
Sales - Workforce Mobile App helps in sample collection and service bookings around the city.
- The app guides Phlebo to the patients’ locations and updates the patients about the sample drop-off points.
- Sample Bookings - Bookings received via the Call center or our digital medium will be pushed onto this App. Patients can modify the bookings including adding/removing tests, demographic details, etc. based on their requirements.
- New Sample Booking - The users will now be able to create and submit new bookings.
- The app will generate payment receipts and share them on the patients’ mobile via the app, SMS, or WhatsApp.
