The application guides the user through a few steps until the process is complete, friendly, even for ordinary people. The user is able to describe what happened in your own words. Using this information, Managers will be able to design a safer health system for YOU, patient, your parents and friends, or any other unknown person. He initially was produced in Portuguese and English and there are plans to include other languages, as soon as possible.
