Description

Orthodox twenty
------------------------------------
The program helps to calculate the number of kathisma that you should read today if you are a member of the G20.
Distinctive features:
• the program is based on the condition that one kathisma is read per day (without exceptions)
• widget with the number of today's kafisma (if the widget does not appear in the list of widgets, restart the phone / tablet)
• the possibility of daily MANUAL or AUTOMATIC accounting of read kathisma
• kaphisma calculation mode for an arbitrary date
• the ability to save an arbitrary note (in case, for example, if you had to interrupt)

When you first start the program, you must specify two parameters:
1. personal number
2. the day of coincidence of the personal number and read kathisma.
If you are at a loss to specify "day of coincidence", then it is possible to specify the number of kathisma being read today (on the current day). But still, it is recommended to check the "day of coincidence", as it should be the same for all members of your twenty.

***
The Orthodox custom of the congregational reading of the Psalms with a common remembrance is a prayer rule for every day. In many temples, there is a tradition of conciliar reading of the Psalms. The number of people reading the Psalter is equal to the number of kathisma of the Psalms (20), and at the same time they read the entire Psalter in one day. For each glory, the worshipers commemorate each other, as well as relatives and friends of each other, the clergy - mentors and ministers of the temple.
Such a collective reading of the Psalms unites and unites people, strengthens spiritually, and serves as a consolation in sorrows. “Like the Psalms pray for the future, sigh for the present, repent of the past, rejoice in good deeds, remember the joy of the Kingdom of Heaven” (Augustine Teacher).
