Description

"VIPER is a unique and centralized solution for declaring, monitoring and processing intervention requests within VIPARIS sites.
Intended for Viparis teams and its service partners, this application meets 2 use cases:
• Intervention requests: in a few clicks, the Viparis teams and their service provider partners can create an intervention request following an incident encountered on site. This request is then transmitted to the service provider in charge of processing it. Teams can track end-to-end request processing progress
• Inventory: VIPARIS carries out entry and exit inventories with its organizing clients for each event it hosts on its sites, in order to observe the damage to the infrastructure before and after the event.

The application contains 2 sections which present the following main functionalities:

1. Requests for intervention

For VIPARIS teams:
• Create a work order
• Access a summary view of all requests
• Follow the progress of the processing of a request
• Relaunch a service provider
• Locate requests on plans
• Carry out export requests

For partner service providers:
• Accept/refuse a request
• Allow team leaders to assign requests to their technicians
• Process a request and close it
• Create a work order
• Access a summary view of all requests

2. State of play
• Initiate, resume and sign an entry or exit inventory
• Create intervention requests for the degradations observed
• Export a summary of the inventory"
