FGV App

Description

The FGV App, powered by Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd, is a one-stop app for FGV employees to easily manage their daily activities such as record daily attendance, lodge any work-related grievances, and seek help through the SOS button in case of any emergency, wherever they are.


Why should FGV employees use this app?
1. Manage workers' attendance and link with eProductivity
• Capture attendance in robust methods: supervisors scan workers QR; workers scan estate QR; or both
• Integrated with eRML and OPMS systems
• Auto-sync offline attendance data

2. A brand new channel for workers to lodge grievance in text or audio
• 8 foreign languages can be translated via text or voice using Google Translation Engine licensing
• Workers can send grievances anonymously
• Grievance will be managed by Group Sustainability

3. SOS
• Workers can call for help through voice recording
• SHO / AM will be notified and dispatched to location via geo-tagging

4. Merchantrade Money
• Launch the Merchantrade Money app in a click of a button for salary crediting and remittance services

5. Felda Travel
• Direct call / Whatsapp to Felda Travel for workers to purchase tickets

6. Kedai FGV
• Workers and supervisors can search for the contact number and address of the registered Kedai FGV within the plantation.

7. MOHR Branch
• Workers can easily navigate the nearest MOHR / Labour Office for any inquiries

8. FGV Announcements
• A platform to broadcast corporate announcements to workers as part of the eLearning channel
