&Thrive is a free wellbeing app developed for real estate professionals in Australia and New Zealand, designed to assist with mental health and wellness challenges faced in your day-to-day life.

&Thrive provides evidence-based, preventative tools that can help to boost your mood, mind, physical and social wellbeing. It can help to get your stress under control, measure and track your wellbeing over time and put you in touch with support if you need it. It also includes a financial management tool to help alleviate stress related to financial management.


&Thrive helps you:
• Develop and sustain healthy lifestyle practices that enhance physical and mental wellness,
• Manage stressful situations, and regain control of your emotions and thoughts during stressful times;
• Measure and track your wellbeing over time;
• Manage your finances through the 'Real Budget’ feature - an in-app financial management tool;
• Get support when you need it.

&Thrive was developed by The Rise Initiative and Utility Creative, with input from real estate professionals from across Australia and New Zealand. It has been customised by Raine & Horne for its members and their families.
