Charters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (General Military Charters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation) - defines the main provisions of the way of military life in military units (on ships), in headquarters, departments (directorates), organizations, military educational institutions of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Russian Federation, internal rules, general rights and obligations of military personnel, commanders (chiefs), participation of troops in public events.
